Derric Jr. is almost here, but not yet! We are scheduled to be induced on Monday, October 23rd!!! However, our doctor seems to think he'll be here before Sunday. Wouldn't that be wonderful....we're preparing for anyday now. Tomorrow is Daddy's Birthday, so we'll see if they share the name & day. Pictures coming soon. I'll post some of the nursery tomorrow.

OK, so we never made it to the FARE on Thursday! I've been home on maternity leave and trying to get ready for Derric's arrival! He is definitely a HASKELL......from what I hear from Derric's side of the family...STUBBORN.STUBBORN.STUBBORN. little fella! I'm starting to think he's in a slowcooker, opposed to a quick bake in the oven! Our next appt. is WEDNESDAY, Oct. 18th! Daddy's birthday is on Thursday..could he be waiting??????

So Derric & I went to our appointment this morning, and our little boy is "stubborn!" Granted our due date is Oct. 20th (next Friday), but my cervix hasn't even lined up yet. Doc says he's definitely over 7 lbs. but needs some more time to bake! I'm going to be starting my maternity leave today, and will be working some from home. Hopefully he won't wait too long to get here because my contractions are hard & long. So, I'm going to the fair tonight...funnel cake & corn dogs here I come.

Poor Derric has to put up with his VERY pregnant wife....me of course! I feel so bad because I'm short tempered with him, and I get irritated with him quite frequently these days! Guess you could say I'm blaming him for the idea of having another child...hahaha, but in the end we all know it's worth it! I LOVE MY HUSBAND! Tomorrow is my next Doctor's appointment, and I should know something of an inducement date. I actually thought little Derric was going to come last night, but it was probably just me being hopeful!
