Requirements for being a BIG SISTER

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be loving & giving of alot of attention!
Just ask these two girls. They can't seem to get enough of little D.J. They are both always trying to kiss on him...arms..legs..face..something! I never even have to ask twice to either of the girls to get me something when it concerns their little brother.

Let the Holiday's Begin

We went on our Christmas Tree hunt recently. I ended up feeding D.J. in the car right after this picture. Our tree is up and we're ready to start our shopping.

Baby D.J. is now 5 weeks old and doing great. Our next appt. is for Dec. 19th where he'll get his 5-shots...YIKES!! We've worked through some of the baby acne and over eating. He is sleeping at night in 5 hr. increments.

Halloween Pictures

I'm a little late, but here are our Halloween Pictures:
















I took Kristina trick-o-treating, while dad stayed home with new baby & Amber. Amber had strep throat so she could only pass candy out to the kiddies....they were still ringing the doorbell at 9 p.m.! I didn't get pictures of the house decorated. Sorry, I was tending to our new family addition.

Now Presenting "Derric Allan Haskell Jr."

At 7lbs. 15 oz., and only 4 hours of labor and 10 minutes of pushing....we give you Derric Jr....

At 3 wks...he is 8lbs. 4 oz. and is doing great! We are sleeping 5-6 hours at night...but mommy and daddy are still tired.

Daddy calls him "junior" , and I'm still stuck on Derric. He is defintely a mommy's boy and loves to be held. We are breast feeding and he is eating almost every 2-3 hours. I forgotten how hard breast feeding was in the beginning.

Our household is doing great. It's definitely an adjustment having to get one child off to middle school and the other to elementary, and the other to the office (Derric Sr.) LOL. Derric Sr. and I are truely blessed and are enjoying every moment with our new son. WOW..I have a son.
